CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-322 RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG-TE~I AGREEmeNTS WITH DOYLE HEATON, MORRISON HOMES, PONDEROSA HOMES AND CHANG SU-O LIN WItEP~AS, the City of Pleasanton has adopted a Growth Management Program contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and ~tEREAS, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of the Growth Management Program were adopted by Resolution No. 82-66; and WHEREAS, the Council set a 1982 growth management target of 506 dwelling units desired to be constructed and allocated 228 of those dwelling units for long- term agreements; and WIIEREAS, Resolution No. 82-66 established the priority position for selection of applicants for long-term agreements to projects with legal sewer capacity rights based upon the City's legal obligations as created by the courts; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The projeects selected for long-term agreements are those projects which have applied for long- term agreements and which have legal rights in sewer capacity in accordance with Resolution No. 82-66. Section 2: The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City of Pleasanton to execute the agreements attached hereto as follows: Vintage Associates, Ltd.(Doyle Heaton) Exhibit A Morrison Homes (Heritage Valley project)Exhibit B Ponderosa tlomes (Country Faire project) Exhibit C Chang Su-O Lin (Linwood project) Exhibit D Section 3: The Council finds that the current inventory of long-term agreements approved and number of units approved, including past approvals, is as follows:
