CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />PalESOLUTION NO. 82-321 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES AND P~SCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 82-283 <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />on August 10, 1982, the City Council adopted <br />Kesolution No. 82-283 approving an agreement with <br />Valley Business Associates regarding fire services; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />subsequently, certain items are desired to be revised <br />and clarified by the developer which would not <br />affect the substance of the agreement in any way; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the revised agreement at its <br /> meeting of August 24, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Rescinds Resolution No. 82-283 and the agreement <br /> thereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the Agreement with Valley Business <br /> Associates and authorizes the mayor to execute the <br /> revised agreement, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtlIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 24, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, ~ohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> , Y Y <br /> <br /> <br />
