CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-360 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION OF OYLER <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received a request from Margaret <br />Oyler for annexation of her property on Virginia <br />Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Council concludes that annexation of this <br />property would cause service problems and would <br />not be a logical expansion of the City boundaries <br />at this time; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the request of Margaret Oyler for annexation <br /> of her property on Virginia Way. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~/~,~).~/~ ~~_ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBERT E.'BUTLE , MA OR <br /> R Y <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
