RESOLUTION NO. 82-358 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING PAYING AGENT <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City Council has authorized issuance of bonds under <br />the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of the State of California in <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park. <br /> <br /> The City of Pleasanton has entered into an agreement <br /> <br />with the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association <br />by which said Bank will act as Paying Agent for the bonds of the <br />City of Pleasanton. Fees as set forth on said existing agreement <br />appear fair and reasonable for the services provided by said <br />Bank. <br /> <br /> Therefore, the Bank of America National Trust and <br /> <br />Savings Association, Main Office, San Francisco, California, is <br />hereby appointed paying agent for bonds issued in said assessment <br />district, and the Bank shall be paid in accordance with the existing <br />agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the Bank of America <br />National Trust and Savings Association. <br /> <br />The City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br />directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Bank <br /> <br />of America <br /> <br />Division, Bank of America Center, <br />California 94137. <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br />National Trust and Savings Association, <br /> P.O.
