RESOLUTION NO. 82-357 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING ASSESSMENTS REF~INING UNPAID <br /> <br /> Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The Treasurer of the City of Pleasanton has filed a <br />Paid and Unpaid List of assessments in Assessment District 1982-2, <br />Valley Business Park, City of Pleaanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> A copy of said list is attached to this resolution as <br />Exhbiit A and included in it. The City Council shall issue <br />improvement bonds under the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act <br />of 1915 of the State of California upon the security of the assess- <br />ments shown as unpaid on the attached list. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution <br />to the Alameda County Auditor. The Auditor is requested to comply <br />with the provisions of Section 8682 of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code in the <br /> <br />assessment roll <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br /> <br />collection <br /> <br /> for taxes. <br /> <br />of installments of <br /> <br />foregoing <br /> <br />these assessments on the <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br />resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof~' held on <br />the 14th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAMES R.
