RESOLUTION NO. 82-356 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVtNG AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF <br />PLEASA~TON AND VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES AND <br /> SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN <br /> <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> As a part of the proceedings for Assessment District 1982-2 <br />Valley Business Park, this City Council approves that certain <br />agreement between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and VALLEY BUSINESS <br />ASSOCIATES AND SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN, dated September 14, 1982, <br />and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and <br /> <br />the City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 14th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAMES R.
