RESOLUTION NO. 82-354 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING FORECLOSURE OF <br /> DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT LIENS <br /> <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br />interest <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> 1. If any installment of the principal or <br /> <br />of any assessment levied in Assessment District <br /> <br />1982-2, Valley Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, becomes delinquent, the City Council <br />shall cause the filing of an action in the Superior Court <br />of the County of Alameda to foreclose the lien of the <br />delinquent assessment pursuant to the authority given in <br />Section 8830 and following of the Streets and Highways Code <br />of the State of California. This action shall be filed not <br />later than 120 ~ays following the date of <br />delinquency. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution is adopted as an inaucement <br />to the purchase of improvement bonds to be issued in <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park, and <br />Paragraph 1 hereof shall constitute a covenant to the <br />bondholders. <br /> <br /> <br />
