CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> CASE PUD-81-30-8D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, for case PUD-81-30-SD <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That the traffic analysis required for condition nLnnber <br />2 of Ordinance No. 1040 (approving case PUD-81-30) <br />shall be carried out to determine if any of the inter- <br />sections listed in that condition will reach LOS E as a <br />result of potential traffic generated by the building <br />included under case PUD-81-30-8D. If LOS E may be <br />reached at any of those intersections, construction <br />shall be commenced on the facilities necessary to keep <br />traffic levels at LOS D or better, or a building permit <br />shall not be issued for the structure. <br /> <br />That the unpaved and unlandscaped rear portion of the <br />property shall be kept in a weed free condition at all <br />times. <br /> <br />That this development shall be subject to additional <br />conditions under the City Fire Code. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan showing some larger trees <br />(over 15 gallons in size) shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the building shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-SD is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1040. <br /> <br /> <br />
