CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFO~]IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-350 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PACIFIC <br />TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />OF A 16,800 SQ. FT. BUILDING AND RELATED FACILITIES <br />ON AN APPROXIMATELY 1.6 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE <br />WEST SIDE OF WILLOW ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET <br />NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND <br />WILLOW ROAD AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-325 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pacific Telephone Company has applied for design <br />approval for a 16,800 sq. ft. building and related <br />facilities on an approximately 1.6 acre site located <br />on the west side of Willow Road, approximately <br />600 ft. north of the intersection of Stoneridge <br />Drive and Willow Road; and <br /> <br />W}IEREAS , <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br />including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 24, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council found that the project is consistent <br /> with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 14, 1982, the City Council <br />deemed it appropriate to amend the conditions of <br />approval for Case PUD-81-30-SD; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Rescinds Resolution No. 82-325. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the application of Pacific Telephone <br /> Company for development-plan approval of a 16,800 <br /> sq. ft. building and related facilities on an <br /> approximately 1.6 acre site located on the west <br /> side of Willow Road, approximately 600 ft. north <br /> of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Willow <br /> <br /> <br />
