CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAltDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-348 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GP~rIT DEEDS FROI~ TtIE PLEASANTON-SANTA RITA PARTNERSHIP AND ~ORICI CORPOPJkTION ArID THE HOSPITAL CO}~ITTEE FOR THE LIVERMORE-PLEASAr~.TON AP~EA FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASE~.~'NTS ArID STKEET DEDICATIONS FOR WIDENING OF WEST LAS POSITAS ~tEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Corporation Grant Deed from The Pleasanton-Santa Rita Partnership and Morici Corporation for a public service easement and dedication for widening of West Las Positas; and ~tEREAS , the City is also in receipt of a Corporation Grant Deed from The Hospital Cormmittee for the Livermore-Pleasanton Area to the City of Pleasanton for public service easement and street'right-of-way; and · ~tEREAS, at its meeting of September 14, 1982, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, TtlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Corporation Grant Deed from The Pleasanton- Santa Rita Partnership and Morici Corporation for a public service easement and dedication for widening of West Las Positas is hereby accepted and the appro- priate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 2: The Corporation Grant Deed from The Hospital Committee for the Livermore-Pleasanton Area for a public service easement and dedication for widening of West Las Positas is hereby accepted and the appro- priate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance.
