CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-347 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM PLEASANTON <br />PROPERTIES COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Pleasanton <br />Properties Company to the City of Pleasanton for <br />a portion of the Arroyo Del Valle required under <br />the terms of their condominium conversion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 14, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br />this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Pleasanton Properties Company <br /> to the City of Pleasanton dated July 16, 1982 for <br /> a portion of the Arroyo Del Valle, is hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Walker, C ty Clerk <br /> <br />By Doris George, <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />E.
