CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-343 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AFFIRMING ANNUAL REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to the terms of the development agreement <br />with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, an annual <br />review of the progress of development of the <br />subject project is required to confirm compliance <br />with the terms of the agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />presented a report to Council dated September 14, <br />1982 indicating the developer was in full compliance <br />with the terms of the agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms that Kaiser Foundation <br /> Health Plan is in full compliance with the terms <br /> of the Development Agreement dated September 29, <br /> 1981. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> mes R.
