CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />PZSOLUTION NO. 82-378 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF <br />HOPYARD ROAD, OWENS DRIVE AND OWENS COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz <br />Properties have offered to improve streets in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS <br /> <br />plans for the work have been completed and an <br />agreement has been drafted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a Negative Declaration was approved on July 28, <br />1981 by Resolution No. 81-241 therefore no additional <br />environmental assessment is considered necessary; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans for improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />a. Hopyard Road - from a point 816 feet south of <br /> Owens Drive (formerly Johnson Drive) to the <br /> south right-of-way line of Interstate 580. <br /> <br />Owens Drive West - Hopyard Road to a point <br />484 feet west. <br /> <br />Owens Drive East - Hopyard Road to a point <br />645 feet east. <br /> <br />d. Owens Court. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the Street Improvement Agreement between <br /> the City, Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan- <br /> Pentz Properties regarding the above construction <br /> and authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
