APPENDIX 'A" <br /> <br />Ownership In PGandE's adjustment of Gas Ownership Charge shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. In addition to the Gas Extension Advance, Developer shall also <br />pay to PGandE a monthly cost of ownership charge of $ N/A {Gas Ownership <br />Charge), representing one percent of the total cost of the Gas Syst~n. This <br />monthly charge shall commence on the date PGandE is ready to supply gas service <br />from the Gas System as shown on Exhibit "A" as such date is established in <br />PGandE's records, and shall continue for a period of ten {1D} years. <br /> <br /> 2. $ N/A of the total cost of the Gas System {$ N/A · ) shall <br />be subject to refund to the Developer, without interest, in the manner and <br />as provided in the applicable section of the gas extension rule in effect at <br />the time service is established to each applicant in the Development. The <br />amount of $ N/A shall be subject to refund to the Developer, without <br />interest, at the rate of $ N/A for each stub service that is utilized <br />and connected to a permanent meter location. No refund shall be made for any <br />stub which, as a result of changes in lot owner's plans or Developer's require- <br />ments or because of construction plans of any person building in the Develop- <br />ment, is abandoned wholly or in part or cannot, in PGandE's Judgment, be <br />efficiently or economically utilized. Such refunds will be made annually <br />following the anniversary of the date PGandE was first ready to supply service <br />from the Gas System, until fully refunded.
