CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-373 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SPORTS PARK PHASE III DTROVEMENTS <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated September 21, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for construction of the Sports Park Phase <br />III improvements (fence extensions) and that said <br />plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 28, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, TItEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />construction of the Sports Park Phase III improvements <br />(fence extensions). <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY TEE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />None ~~~ <br /> ROBERT E.
