CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-372 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4590, HERITAGE VALLEY III, MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4890, Heritage Valley III, Morrison Homes, <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />W~iEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 28, <br />1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 4890, Heritage Valley III, Morrison Homes <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4890, <br /> Heritage Valley III, Morrison Homes. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, <br /> <br />Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />/JTTEST: <br /> ROBE <br />R <br />am e S . <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
