CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-371 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD FROM <br />SANTA RITA ROAD TO SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated September 21, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for construction of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard from Santa Rita Road to Southern Pacific <br />Railroad and that said plans have been reviewed by <br />staff; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 2&, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this construction is being done in conjunction with <br />the development of Hacienda Business Park and a <br />negative declaration was adopted June 8, 1982 by <br />Resolution No. 82-199; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />construction of West Las Positas Boulevard from <br />Santa Rita Road to the Southern Pacific railroad <br />tracks. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passabe and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> lerI~ ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D. c ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
