CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-369 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />REROOFING OF PLEASANTON CIVIC CENTER BUILDING AND <br />AMADOR PARK AQUATIC CENTER SNACK BAR, PROJECT NO. <br />82-16, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated September 20, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for reroofing of Pleasanton Civic Center <br />Building at 200 Bernal Avenue and Amador Park <br />Aquatic Center snack bar at 4455 Black Avenue, <br />Project No. 82-16, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 28, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />reroofing of the Pleasanton Civic Center Building <br />at 200 Bernal Avenue and the Amador Park Aquatic <br />Center snack bar at 4455 Black Avenue, Project No. <br />82-16. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, ~ercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> erk A~PROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Peter D.
