Owner, or its Proposed Assignee, and City agree <br />that in the event the total cost to expand the LAVW~ <br />and DSRSD facilities, as provided for in Paragraph I(A) <br />and I(B) hereof, to be expended at Owner's, or its <br />Proposed Assignee's, sole cost and expense should exceed <br />$1,350,000, then Owner, or its Proposed Assignee, shall <br />have the right for a period of thirty (30) days, upon <br />receipt of written notice from City of such excess costs, <br />to terminate this Agreement. In such event, this <br />Agreement shall become null and void and neither party <br />sha,ll have any further obligations to the other. <br /> <br /> M.
