CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-365 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SANTA RITA ROAD <br />AND MOHR AVENUE, PROJECT NO. 82-6, AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated September 9, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for traffic signal installation at Santa <br />Rita Road and Mohr Avenue, Project No. 82-6, and <br />that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 14, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> traffic signal installation at Santa Rita Road and <br /> Mohr Avenue, Project No. 82-6. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mercer~ Mohr and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Brandes and Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: .~B~TLE~R,~y0 <br /> ROBERT R <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
