CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-400 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 6 (NO PARKING ZONES) BY ADDING <br />SUBSECTION 6p-3 REGARDING NO PARKING ON PIMLICO <br />DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br />for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br />No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 12, 1982, the City Council <br />received and discussed a report dated October 6, 1982 <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />related to parking on Pimlico Drive near the McDonald's <br />Restaurant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br />No. 76-79 to prevent parking on Pimlico Drive near <br />the McDonald's Restaurant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br /> Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by <br /> adding subsection 6p-3 as follows: <br /> <br />"6p-3 <br /> <br />Pimlico Drive, on the northerly side of Pimlico <br />Drive from the McDonald's Restaurant easterly <br />to a point where Pimlico Drive runs parallel <br />with Highway 1-580." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1982 BY TEE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br />
