CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-398 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION OF DOWNTO~ WATER LINES, <br />PROJECT NO. 82-2, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS <br />PAYMENT TO L. J. KRZICH PIPELINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by L. J. Krzich Pipeline on the installation <br />of a 12" water line on St. John Street from Peters <br />Avenue to the Western Pacific Railroad tracks and <br />an 8" water line on West Angela Street from Peters <br />Avenue to Harrison Street, Project No. 82-2, has <br />been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the construction of downtown water <br /> lines is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $11,824.47 in favor of <br /> L. J. Krzich Pipeline in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> Project No. 82-2.
