<br />hereinabove mentioned parcel of land described in the Final Order of
<br />Condemnation (Re 4262 Im 40); running thence along said general southern
<br />line, from a tangent which bears South 89° 45' 21" East, easterly along
<br />the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 2968.00 feet through
<br />a central angle of 5° 36' 59", a distance of 290.93 feet to an intersection
<br />with the general southern line of the hereinabove described Assessment
<br />District 1982-1, Parcel l; thence along last said line the following
<br />courses and distances: South 64° 19' 27" East 19.64 feet; South 75° 35' OO"
<br />East 20.31 feet; South 84° 06' 51" East 60.05 feet; tangent to last said
<br />c6urse, easterly, southeasterly and southerly along the arc of a curve to
<br />the right, having a radius of 29.50 feet through a central angle of

<br />68° 08' 36", a distance of 35.09 feet; thence leaving last said line
<br />North 84° 06' 51" East 124.74 feet; thence tangent to last said course
<br />westerly along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 2940.00
<br />feet, through a central angle of 5° 37' 46", a distance of 288.87 feet to
<br />an intersection with said eastern line of the first above mentioned par-
