CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-396 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />REPAIR OF WATER LINE TO PUMP STATION NO. 2, <br />PROJECT NO. 82-20, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR <br />BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated October 6, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for repair of a water line to pump station <br />No. 2, Project No. 82-20, and that said plans have <br />been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 12, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> repair of a water line to pump station No. 2, <br /> Project No. 82-20. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective irmnediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~E.~BU ~ <br />TTEST: <br /> <br /> am .~ C i rk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D. acDona , ty t rney <br /> <br /> <br />
