CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-394 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br />FOR CITY OF PLEASANTON PUBLIC FACILITIES <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation <br />has adopted a proposed Conflict of Interest Code and <br />submitted said Code to the City Council, as its <br />code reviewing body, for review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the proposed <br />Conflict of Interest Code in light of the requirements <br />of the Fair Political Practices Act and the rules <br />and regulations promulgated by the Fair Political <br />Practices Commission in implementation thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has held a duly noticed hearing <br />at which time an opportunity was provided for <br />those members of the nonprofit corporation and <br />residents of the City to present their views <br />concerning the proposed Conflict of Interest Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the proposed Conflict of Interest <br /> Code as submitted, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The Conflict of Interest Code for the City of <br />Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation is hereby <br />deemed adopted as of the effective date of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
