(a) Whether the public interest and necessity require the project; (b) Whether the project is planned or located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and (c) ~ether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The public interest and necessity require the project and the taking of the fee simple title in and to the property described in Exhibit "AA" for the construction of road access and public utility facilities and for the purposes set forth in Code of Civil Procedure §§1240.020, 1240.120, and 1240.350 for the realignment of Johnson Avenue west of Hopyard Road. Section 2: The project is planned and located in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury. Section 3: The property sought to be acquired is necessary for the project. Section 4: Section 1 of Resolution No. 82-329 is amended to include references to Code of Civil Procedure §§1240.020, 1240.120 and 1240.350 and to include reference to Exhibit "AA". Section 5: The City Attorney is hereby directed to amend Alameda County Superior Court Action number H-85800-5 to acquire the property described in Exhibit "AA". Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
