CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-390 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 6.2 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />AT 5226 FOOTHILL ROAD TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 28, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for prezoning an approximately 6.2 acre site located <br />at 5226 Foothill Road, which land is involved in <br />Annexation No. 100, to the PUD-Low Density Residential <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated August 12, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br /> of an approximately 6.2 acre site located at 5226 <br /> Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation <br /> No. 100, to the PUD-Low Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
