CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-384 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,448,153.95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 28, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of August, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 038144-038491, <br /> 1029, and 122-123 dated from August 23, 1982 to <br /> September 1, 1982, in the total amount of $1,448,153.95 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated August 31, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved bythe City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: ~E.
