RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INDEMNITY AND HOLD <br /> HARMLESS AGREEMENT, AND RELEASE, IN FAVOR <br /> OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-381 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, does <br />hereby authorize W. E.
