RESOLUTION NO. 82-420 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVE:'~ENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-2, STONERIDGE <br /> CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On April 22, 1974, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution of <br />intention for public improvements in Assessment District No. 1974-2, <br />Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />as later amended. <br /> <br /> Said Resolution of Intention, as amended, provided that <br />any surplus in the improvement fund for said assessment district, <br />after completion of the improvements and payment of all claims from <br />the improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section <br /> <br />10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br /> Said improvements have been completed <br />the improvement fund have been paid. <br /> <br /> 1. A balance of $735,215.42 remains <br /> <br />fund <br /> <br />surplus~ as set <br />attached hereto <br />herein. <br /> <br />State of California. <br />and all claims upon <br /> <br /> in the improvement <br />for Assessment District No. 1974-2, and said amount is <br /> <br /> forth in the Engineer's Final Schedule of Costs, <br /> as Exhibit A, and by reference incorporated <br /> <br /> 2. The amount of the surplus shall be transferred to <br /> <br />'the redemption fund in Assessment District No. 1974-2 to be dis- <br /> bursed as provided by law, and in accordance with the agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton, Stoneridge Peripheral, Stoneridge <br /> <br /> and The Stoneson Development Corporation, dated April 25, <br /> <br />Properties <br />1978. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
