CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-419 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,645,617.32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 26, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of September, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 038492-038915, <br /> 001-002,363, and 773-775 dated from September 9, <br /> 1982 to October 1, 1982, in the total amount of <br /> $5,645,517.32 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated September 30, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />ROBERT'~.~BU~OR <br /> <br />Di MacDonald, ~ity Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
