CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-417 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS FROM VALLEY PLAZA <br />APARTMENTS JOINT VENTURE TO TEE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON FOR STREET RIGKT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC <br />SERVICE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of Grant Deeds from Valley <br />Plaza Apartments Joint Venture to the City of <br />Pleasanton for street right-of-way and public <br />service easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 26, 1982, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deeds from Valley Plaza Apartments Joint <br /> Venture to the City of Pleasanton for street right- <br /> of-way and public service easements are hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ROBERT OR <br /> <br />Peter D. MacDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
