CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-412 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM <br />TRAMMEL CROW COMPANY IN STONERIDGE AREA <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement <br />from Crow-Spieker-Singleton #52 to the City of <br />Pleasanton for a public service easement to provide <br />for maintenance of proposed utilities; and <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 26, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br />this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant of Easement from Crow-Spieker-Singleton <br /> #52 to the City of Pleasanton for a public service <br /> easement on Parcel Map 3551 in the Stoneridge area <br /> is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ames R.
