CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-410 RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING 1982-83 OPERATING BUDGET AS APPROVED JUNE 22, 1982 AND CHANGING TITLE OF PROPOSED ACCOUNT CLERK III TO AN ACCOUNTANT WHEREAS, on June 22, 1982, the City Council approved the 1982-83 operating budget on an interim basis contingent upon the receipt of the final numbers from the State of California on the loss of vehicle license fees; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance presented a report dated October 4, 1982 to the City Council outlining in detail the financial status of the City of Pleasanton; WHEREAS, it is the determination of the Director of Finance that there will be sufficient revenues to cover the expenses projected in the interim budget, including the additional positions contained therein; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance reconmends that the proposed Account Clerk III position be changed to an Accountant position, at the same level of funding, due to the responsibilities of the position; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Authorizes full implementation of the 1982-83 Operating Budget approved by Council on June 22, 1982, to include the hiring of all the positions outlined in the budget document based on the current updates of the City's financial position. Section 2: Directs that the title of the proposed Account Clerk III position in the Administrative Services Department be changed to an Accountant position. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
