CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-405 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FIELD OPERATING CENTER TO BE LOCATED ON THE 5.5 ACRE SITE SOUTH OF 7200 JOHNSON DRIVE WHEREAS at its meeting of October 12, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for design approval for a field operating center for Pacific Telephone to be located on the 5.5 acre site just south of 7200 Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 14, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and W[~EREAS a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a field operating center for Pacific Telephone to be located on the 5.5 acre site just south of 7200 Johnson Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
