CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-401 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF EAST ANGELA STREET STORM DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 83-1, AND APPROVAL OF <br />FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO L. J. KRZICH PIPELINE <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by L. J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering on the <br />storm drainage improvements for East Angela Street, <br />Project No. 83-1, has been satisfactorily completed; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the storm drainage improvements for East <br /> Angela Street is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $12,022.20 in favor of <br /> L. J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering in satisfaction <br /> of the final progress payment for the above- <br /> accepted work on Project No. 83-1. Ten percent <br /> (10%) of the total contract or $1,335.80 will be <br /> retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None T.~BUTL~ER~y <br />TTEST: <br /> <br /> R W '~PROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Peter D.
