CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-437 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TP~CT 4611, <br />MISSION HILL, AND APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH <br />BLACKWELL HOMES FOR COMPLETION OF REMAINING PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4611, Mission Hill, has been completed with <br />the exception of a traffic signal at Mission Drive <br />and Sunol Boulevard and the perimeter fencing <br />around the tract, and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an agreement has been prepared regarding completion <br />of the remaining public improvements, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />November 3, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4611, Mission Hill, to date, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Approves the new Subdivision Agreement between <br />Blackwell tlomes and the City of Pleasanton regarding <br />the completion of the remaining public improvements <br />and authorizes the appropriate City officials to <br />execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
