CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 82-432 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF Gi~NT DEED FROM DEWITT C. WILSON <br />AND SHIRLEY N. WILSON AND PLEASAN%ON ASSOCIATES <br />FOR PARK PURPOSES <br /> <br />W}~EREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from DeWitt <br />C. Wilson, Shirley N. Wilson and Pleasanton Associates <br />to the City of Pleasanton for park purposes in Tract <br />3471; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 9, 1982, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from DeWitt C.
