CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-430 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER ANNEXATION <br />NUMBER 103 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has <br />directed the City staff to prepare a formal resolution <br />requesting annexation and annexation application <br />to LAFCO as filed under Annexation No. 103; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into <br />the City limits to a zoning district consistent <br />with the General Plan so that said properties will <br />not automatically be put into an "S" (Study) <br />District when they are annexed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That application for prezoning to any zoning <br /> district consistent with the General Plan of the <br /> City of Pleasanton is hereby initiated for the <br /> following property: <br /> <br />2.25 acres on the north side of Vineyard Avenue, <br />west of the mobile home park, commonly known as <br />3421 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBE BUTLER MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />· ac City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
