Being a <br />portion of Lots 12 and 13, as said lots are shown on the "Map of the <br />property of J. A. Rose, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California" <br />filed September 24, 1881 in Book 7 of Maps, at page 50, Records <br />of Alameda County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northerly boundary line <br /> <br />of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 90, <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council <br />Resolution No. 82-84, a map of which was filed April 8, 1982, in <br />Map Book 124, at page 37, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />with the general easterly boundary line of that certain territory, <br />commonly known as Annexation No. 27, annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council Ordinance No. 362, <br />a map of which was filed July 8, 1963, in Map Book 43, at <br />page 10A, Records of Alameda County, California; thence northerly <br />along said general easterly boundary line to an intersection <br />thereof with the southerly boundary line of that certain territory, <br />commonly known as Annexation No. 88, annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council Resolution No. 82-15, <br />a map of which was filed February 23, 1982, in Map Book 124, <br /> <br /> <br />
