CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-424 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />THE REVISED HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />~,~EREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 26, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed Revised Housing Element of <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />~iEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 4, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />~]iEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />revised Housing Element of the General Plan; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />~PHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed revised <br />Housing Element of the General Plan would not have <br />any significant adverse effects on the environFent; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Revised <br /> Housing Element of the General Plan of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOEER 26, <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Peter D. ~acDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> effective immediately <br /> <br />1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> <br />
