EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />Case PUD-81-30-DD <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That the traffic analysis required by condition <br />number 2 of Ordinance No. 1040 (approviug case PUD-81-30) <br />shall be carried out to determine if any of the inter- <br />sections listed in that condition will reach LOS E as <br />a result of potential traffic generated by the building <br />included under case PUD-81-30-9D. If LOS E may be <br />reached at any of those intersections, construction <br />shall be commenced on the facilities necessary to <br />keep traffic levels at LOS D or better, or a building <br />permit shall not be issued for the structure. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the building shall be submitted Co <br />the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-9D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1040. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> <br />That the left-turn pocket in the West Las Positas <br />Boulevard median shall be relocated, redesigned and <br />signed to the satisfaction of th~ City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a site development plan in <br />accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter <br />3, Title II) and that this plan be approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site grading, <br />paving, drainage and utilities. <br /> <br />A-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
