CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-423 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL <br />INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF <br />AN APPROXIMATELY 42,000 SQ. FT. BUILDING AND <br />RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 5.0 ACRE <br />SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ~ST LAS POSITAS <br />BOULEVARD IMF~DIATELY ~tST OF TASSAJARA CREEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Prudential Insurance Company of America has <br />applied for development plan approval of an <br />approximately 42,000 sq. ft. building and related <br />facilities on an approximately 5.0 acre site <br />located on the south side of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard immediately west of Tassajara Creek; and <br /> <br />W}iEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Ir~act Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- <br />30) including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />W]~EREAS , <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on October 26, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance <br /> Company for development plan approval of an approximately <br /> 42,000 sq. ft. building and related facilities on <br /> an approximately 5.0 acre site located on the <br /> south side of West Las Positas Boulevard immediately <br /> west of Tassajara Creek, subject to those conditions <br /> listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
