CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-423 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF AN APPROXIMATELY 42,000 SQ. FT. BUILDING AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 5.0 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ~ST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD IMF~DIATELY ~tST OF TASSAJARA CREEK WHEREAS, the Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied for development plan approval of an approximately 42,000 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 5.0 acre site located on the south side of West Las Positas Boulevard immediately west of Tassajara Creek; and W}iEREAS, an Environmental Ir~act Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- 30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and W]~EREAS , a public hearing was held on October 26, 1982 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and ~IEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for development plan approval of an approximately 42,000 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 5.0 acre site located on the south side of West Las Positas Boulevard immediately west of Tassajara Creek, subject to those conditions listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
