CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-422 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A MANUFACTURED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ON AN APPROXIMATELY 29 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 26, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development plan approval for a manufactured housing project located on an approximately 29 acre site situated on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 7, 1982 and received the reconnnendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and W}iEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; development NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD development plan approval for the 238 unit manufactured housing project for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler NOES: Councilmember Mercer
