CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-422 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A MANUFACTURED <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ON AN APPROXIMATELY 29 ACRE <br />SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE <br />OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 26, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for development plan approval for a manufactured <br />housing project located on an approximately 29 acre <br />site situated on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Sauterne Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 7, 1982 and received <br />the reconnnendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />W}iEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed PUD <br />plan approval would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />development <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD <br /> development plan approval for the 238 unit manufactured <br /> housing project for an approximately 29 acre site <br /> located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br /> Sauterne Way. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br /> <br />
