RESOLUTION NO. 82-421 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SUP~LUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-4, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On April 22, 1974, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution of <br />Intention for public improvements in Assessment District No. 1974-4, <br /> <br /> California, <br /> <br />Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />as later amended. <br /> <br />surplus~ as set <br />attached hereto <br />herein. <br /> <br /> Said Resolution of Intention, as amended, provided that <br />any surplus in the improvement fund for said assessment district, <br />after completion of the improvements and payment of all claims from <br />the improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section <br />10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> Said improvements have been completed and all claims upon <br />the improvement fund have been paid. <br /> <br /> 1. A balance of $344,107.16 remains in the improvement <br />fund for Assessment District No. 1974-4, and said amount is <br /> <br /> forth in the Engineer's Final Schedule of Costs, <br /> as Exhibit A, and by reference incorporated <br /> <br /> 2. The amount of the surplus shall be transferred to <br />the redemption fund in Assessment District No. 1974-4 to be dis- <br />bursed as provided by law, and in accordance with the agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton, Stoneridge Peripheral, Stoneridge <br />Properties and The Stoneson Development Corporation, dated April 25, <br />1978. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
