CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-460 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,467,984.68 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of November 23, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of October 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Claims represented by Checks Nos. 038916-039309, <br />03-05, 1030, 124-132,364-368 and 776-779 dated <br />from October 8, 1982 to October 29, 1982, in the <br />total amount of $1,467,984.68 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial ReDort dated October 31, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None E~.~UT~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROB <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
