CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-459 ACCEPTANCE OF PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED FOR STREET DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZING QUIT CLAIM FROM CITY TO VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES FOR UNNECESSARY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Partnership Grant Deed from Sente Associates Seven and Valley Business Associates to the City of Pleasanton for dedication of the streets commonly known as Quarry Lane, Serpentine Lane and Boulder Street; and WttEREAS, at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate at this time to authorize the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to Sente Associates Seven and Valley Business Associates for an easement which is no longer necessary to the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Partnershin Grant Deed from Sente Associates Seven and Valley Business Associates to the City of Pleasanton for dedication of streets known as Quarry Lane SerDentine Lane and Boulder Street, is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Sente Associates Seven and Valley Business Associates for a public service easement no lonRer necessary to the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
