CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-458 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF DONNA ZURLA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on October 26, 1982, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Donna Zurla for DroDerty <br />damages incurred in an accident on September 22, 1982; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 1982, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on October 26, 1982 aEainst <br /> the City of Pleasanton on behalf of Donna Zurla for <br /> property damage incurred in an accident on September 22, <br /> 1982 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTEDON NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: !~ <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, DepUty City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOPS{: <br /> <br /> <br />
