CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-455 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3344, <br />HERITAGE VALLEY, UNIT 2, PHASE III, AND KOLLN <br />STREET EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS, MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 3344, Heritage Valley, Unit 2, Phase III, <br />and the Kolln Street extension improvements, has <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />November 17, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 3344, Heritage Valley, Unit 2, Phase III, and the <br /> Kolln Street extension improvements, Morrison Homes, <br /> are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Bva~TEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> eter . ac ona , lty Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
