CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-454 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4385, VALLEY WEST, SAN JOSE FINANCIAL, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4385, Valley West, San Jose Financial, Inc. <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br /> the City Council at its meeting of November 23, 1982 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision mad and improvement Dlans <br /> for Tract 4385, Valley West, San Jose Financial, Inc <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4385, <br /> Valley West, with San Jose Financial, Inc., a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
